Obverse The obverse of this coin features the portrait of H.R.H. Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank-Broadley FRBS.
Reverse The reverse of this coin features the image of Apollo, God of the Sun. Apollo was chosen to represent Rhythmic Gymnastics as he was known for driving chariots of fire across the sky, similar to how gymnasts lyrical movements bring awe to those who watch. The Reverse was designed by John Bergdahl.
