1984 Canadian Gold Proof $100 Canadian Jacques Cartier Commemorative Coin
The Canadian Mint issed this coin in 1984 to commemorate the 450th Anniversary of French Explorer Jacques Cartier's first landing at Gaspé Peninsula in Quebec.
The obverse of the coin shows Elizabeth II and the reverse depicts a profile picture of Jacques Cartier.
