Gold bullion bars are made by numerous refiners. One of the most unusual we have seen is BEGO, making this quite collectable.
Bego BEGO Bego is now primarily a dental manufacturing company, Bremer Goldschlägerei Wilh. Herbst GmbH & Co. KG, located in Bremen, Germany. Its main product range includes dental gold alloys. Obviously at some stage, they have made a quantity of 10 gram gold bullion bars, of which our photographs show one example.

Certificates are unnecessary, or should be unnecessary, for gold bullion bars.
These usually state their weight and fineness, being stamped on them, and are generally difficult to fake.
