Mostly the gold bars we sell are intended purely as an investment in gold, and we do not guarantee to supply any specific make of bar, however we get many requests for specific makes or styles of bar for gifts or collectors, and so we try to provide these as an extra service. Argor SA was established at Chiasso in 1951 and became active in the refining of gold and the production of gold, silver, platinum and palladium bars.
Argor are now a major precious metals refiner, assayer, processor and dealer. They are are based in Mendrisio, Switzerland, close to the Italian border at Chiasso. They also have offices at Zug in Switzerland, Pforzheim in Germany, and Santiago in Chile.
