2011 Pricing Information Because of the significant increases in gold bullion prices during recent years, the prices of most newly released 2011 gold coins will be higher than those of 2010.
UK Issues
These will revert to the traditional St. George and Dragon reverse.
As for the sovereigns.
New size sovereign denomination. Proof and "bullion" versions.
Three different commemorative designs are being issued:
- Royal Wedding
- to celebrate the Royal Wedding of Prince William & Catherine Middleton - now with quantity discounts
- Duke of Edinburgh's 90th Birthday
- to commemorate HRH, Prince Philip's 90th Birthday - now with quantity discounts
- Olympic Countdown - the third in the four part series in the countdown to London 2012
There are normally two different commemorative designs are being issued:
- To commemorate the 500th Anniversary of the launch of the Mary Rose
- To commemorate the 400th Anniversary of the King James Bible.
All three of the coins are of the St. George & Dragon design.
All five of the coins are of the St. George & Dragon design.
Of all 4 weights. This year's Britannias will to have another one-off design. Usually released about August.
2007 were the first bullion Britannia to be released since 2003. Will we get more in 2011?
A good alternative to the proof sovereign. Usually released about August.
Lower priced than the proof half sovereign. Usually released about August.

World Issues
2011 Krugerrands We have managed to buy a quantity of the current year's new Krugerrands. These should arrive with us around the end of May 2011, and we are now accepting firm orders.
U.S. The U.S. are issuing two one ounce gold coins, we hope to have the 2011 Eagles in stock later and also expect the 2011 Buffalos in stock during 2011.
