On their page http://www.midasresources.com/BullionCoins.htm, which we partially reproduce here, they are clearly using our Krugerrand obverse and reverse images.

Midas Resources of Australia Both the name and web address of this company are strikingly and confusingly similar to that of Midas Resources, a $9 million capitalised Australian gold mining company.
