Where we give our opinion of a coin grade, we try to be slightly conservative, especially as most of our sales are conducted by mail (or internet) order. - Guarantee
We guarantee all our coins as genuine, unless very clearly described otherwise. - Errors and Omissions
If you spot any errors or omission on our website, please let us know, and we will aim to correct them as soon as possible. - Approval & Returns
Any numismatic item we sell by mail order is subject to a 7 day return and refund privilege without quibble, although we are always interested to know why, on the rare occasion, a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase.
Return privilege does not apply to bullion related products. - Distance Selling Act & Other Legal Rights
