Austrian 500 Schillings
Five hundred schillings were first issued in 1991 as commemorative coins. Austria has a strong tradition of issuing attractive commemorative coins in a number of different metals and denominations. They are usually superbly produced and artistic. In addition, there were quarter ounce bullion Philharmonikers produced with a face value also of 500 schillings.
