Perhaps we should be flattered by the number of people including dealers who continually infringe our IP (Intellectual Property) rights by using our copyright images, but we do not find it amusing, and will take legal action against any copyright thieves.

Collections (Ling Yun Chen Colin), Member of: ANA (R-3120111) PCGS (590747) of 188-15 Underhill Ave., Fresh Meadows, NY 11365, are just one of the many coin dealers worldwide who commit copyright theft by using our copyright images without our permission. On their page http://www.pandausa.com/ukgoldsovereign.html, which we partially reproduce here, they are clearly using our 2005 sovereign reverse image.
On their "Coins Gallery" page at http://www.pandausa.com/worldgoldcoins.html there is a repeat of our image.
Panda America Similarity Interestingly, when we first came across their website, we presumed from their domain name that it was the much larger and better known Panda America. We wonder whether the domain name Panda USA was selected deliberately to cause confusion?
