If you think the stack of coins looks a little wobbly, you would be correct. We were trying to add a few more to the pile to make them more secure under Mr. Chard's chin, but the capsules are quite slippery. This photo is actually the last in a series, building up from 10 tens, adding 5 each time. The stack slipped seconds after this shot was taken, and we gave up trying to beat our record - and we only had 17 left to go!This makes over 1,000 troy ounces - more than a half million pounds worth.
Gives a new meaning to being loaded.
