Perhaps we should be flattered by the number of people including dealers who continually infringe our IP (Intellectual Property) rights by using our copyright images, but we do not find it amusing, and will take legal action against any copyright thieves.

(USAGOLD), of P.O. Box 460009 Denver, CO 80246-0009, USA, are just one of the many coin dealers worldwide who commit copyright theft by using our copyright images without our permission. On their page http://www.usagold.com/gildedopinion/Hath-Numeraire.html, which we partially reproduce here, they are clearly using our Krugerrand obverse image.

We guess that Centennial Precious Metals Inc have by now seen this page, as we notice they have changes the images on the page we publicised.That's good, but we notice we never got any apology, explanation, offer of compensation, or anything else an honest and caring person or company would have done. If anything, this reduces our opinion of Centennial Precious Metals Inc and Michael J. Kosares.
We also notice some apparent links between them and Austin Coins of Texas, who trade under a variety of different names and websites, and who have also stolen our images in the past. We notice that in most cases, they also have changes their images, but have never contacted us.
