Honi Soit Qui Mal Y Pense
The garter inscription on the St. George and the Dragon reverse reads "Honi soit qui mal y pense", which is French for "Shame be to him who thinks evil of it". Obverse
The obverse featured the Jody Clark portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. It also features the date, which has not appeared on the obverse of a sovereign since 1887.
